Refund policy
Every WrongEra item is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted, or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.
Wrong item received
Our mistake, our cost — we'll send the correct item free of charge.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and swimwear cannot be returned under any circumstances. We also cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, reach out and we'll replace it or refund you.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, in the currency you paid in.
