Shipping policy

Every WrongEra piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — once you place your order, production takes 2–4 business days before it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are produced and shipped domestically from our US production facility.

Delivery estimate

After production, shipping takes 5–7 business days — so expect your order 7–11 business days from the day you place it.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating.

Order changes & cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it's already being made.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Delays

Estimates can slip during peak seasons or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us via our contact page and we'll make it right.
